He’s Finally Here!

Just a quick little sneak peak tonight from a newborn session earlier today.
Introducing, Baby J!

What a gorgeous little guy! And so cooperative, too. Look what he let us do!

He even took naps when we needed him to.

I especially love this one. We took a quick break for a diaper change and I caught Mom stealing a kiss before we put him in more bowls and on shelves (I kid, I kid…) She misses holding him so much already!

So sweet…

Congrats again, Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, and Great Grandma!

Little Princess

I am so glad the rain finally went away today! Otherwise, I would have missed out on meeting this fabulous family and their gorgeous little princess!

I miss working with little girls!

Girly Stuff

I typically stay away from the mall. Really, it’s true! But yesterday, we just could not stay home any longer and needed to find something fun and free to do while enjoying some nice air-conditioning. So we headed to the nearest mall hoping to find a new and improved indoor playground. Instead, we found no playground AT ALL and… Gymboree’s Summer Sale! All the red signs in the window totally made me swerve the stroller around.

Check out these cool new shades and shoes I bought for my daughter.

I really did try to resist, but I just HAD to.

Happy Father’s Day!

I hope everyone is enjoying their Father’s Day and that all you dads out there are pampered and showered with lots of love. We had quite a nice FD weekend that started yesterday when my husband took my son out to the park with the intent to help him take his training wheel bike riding to the next level. He did surprisingly well and an hour and a half later, he was home and riding without training wheels! What an amazing little man we have!

He looks a little bored, no?  Like, “Oh, this bike riding business?  Check.  Done.  Next.”

Today we had a nice little lunch with my dad, an amazing father to four girls, and a huge source of inspiration for both my husband and I. After a fantastic meal, we opened a few presents including that annual tie and some quintessential golf gear.

Happy Father’s Day, Pa!!

After lunch, we took a walk in the unbearable heat to enjoy some Ben and Jerry’s.

It was so crazy hot today! We spent the rest of the afternoon indoors in the air conditioning. Well, I did. My dear husband, Father Extraordinaire, took our son out to practice his new bike skillz. Hope everyone had a great Father’s Day!!
