We could have done without all the mosquitos yesterday, but really, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect family for this fun and relaxed AM session.

I just adore this next one. They are just too sweet!

They are just lovely and I could have hung out with them all morning if it weren’t for all the Texas State Birds flying around and biting us (Ha! I just heard this one recently!)

He’s Here!

Adam Mateo is finally here and I am SO IN LOVE.

We’ve been home from the hospital now for four days. It’s been a difficult recovery for me but I’ve had a lot of help from my amazing hubby and kiddos. Nate is such a natural at being a big brother and Mena, well, she’s easing into it.

It has been a long nine months with lots of emotional ups and downs, it’s impossible for me to sum it all up in with a few shorts words. The only thing I am sure about is how incredibly blessed my husband and I are. Happy Birthday, Adam!

It’s a Texas thang… • Houston Children’s Photographer

Just had to share these few pics of my kiddos. I’m not sure if you can call two years in a row a tradition, but we took a day trip to the Bluebell Creamery and vast bluebonnet fields last year as well. I don’t know how many years I can get away with taking my school-ager out of of school for this though… I’m going to have to figure out something new for next year!
